With the rapid development of mobile telecom market in recent years, an increasing number of people are using the service of mobile telecom. By January 2009, the number of subscribers has exceeded 4,000,000 in Jinhua, a prefecture-level city in the middle of Zhejiang province. As the mobile markets in such cities as Yiwu, Yongkang keep developing fast and the tariff of mobile telecom services is further reduced, the number of mobile subscribers in Jinhua city will continue to rise. Meanwhile the introduction of new mobile technology and mobile products /services has posed new challenges for every mobile operator.The new challenges mobile operators are confronted with include system capacity pressure, market segmentation pressure, business support system pressure, technical specifications pressure and the service quick-offer pressure and other pressures, which requires mobile operators to apply effective monitoring, statistics, analyzing and processing to mobile subscriber functions and properties associated with the above-mentioned pressures.
