Now Assistant Quaity Manager
1. Lead the functional department managers to prep for the chi hair straightener Surveillance—internal audit, and finally passed in November 2008.2. Prepare the incoming US Customer Verizon’s TPR9404 Audit, under the New General Manager’s leadership with all managers, and finally passed the audit in June, 2009.3. Analyze the department human resource demand, and make out the recruiting plan and requirement to HR, interview the candidates with HR.4. Lead the new group to perfect the quality management system and continuous improve the quality system with the new managers who was boosted the same time as I, have ensured smooth transition after the department manager's leave.5. Work with new Quality Manager to .establish the performance evaluation system under the chi straightener manager's guidance . 6. Responsible for all Quality Management activities during the absence of the Quality Manager who had been on business months to sister company to support them, and finally assured the effective and efficient operation of Quality System;7. Continue the internal Quality chi straighteners and Awareness Training, to ensure the opinion “Ensure customer satisfaction” can reach all corners of the organization.8. Ensure the quality policy and objectives can conform with requirements of related parts, be broken down and executed timely and effectively.9. Responsible for internal Quality Management System Documents Control.10. Ensure all the Nonconforming or potential nonconforming be identified, separated, analyzed and handled, and for which corresponding corrective or preventative actions have been taken. 11. Manage all daily issues of Quality Department, lead and manage the quality team. 12. Manage Quality Control Activities like Incoming/ In-process/ Final Inspection and Customer Returns Inspection and handling Activity, and make technical decisions based on Quality. 13. Responsible for the internal audit planning and implementation and external audit preparation.14. Responsible for the measuring devices management.15. Responsible for Supplier Management, including supplier selection, evaluation, periodical re-evaluation and ratio management.16. Responsible for reporting to top management(include the ADC US)the performance of quality management system and any need for improvement.Achievements of this period:1. Mainly take charge of TL9000 Surveillance Audit Preparation, work together with department managers to do self-audit and corresponding improvement, and finally passed; 2. Work with new department manager who is boosted up the same time as I, have ensured smooth transition after the department manager's leave.3. Responsible for all Quality Management activities during the absence of the Quality Manager who was on business months to sister company to support them;4. Passed the Customer Audit—Verizon Audit with the new Quality team under the new General Manager’s leadership.
